How are Teams Formed?

  • T-Ball and Junior Minor (Ages 4-8)
    • Teams are formed via an electronic snake draft.  Each team is allowed 2 coaches and their children on a team, then the remaining players are evenly distributed across the teams by age.  Requests for specific teams, players or coaches will not be honored with the exception of siblings.  Once the teams are formed, your coach will contact you and inform you of practice schedules and other essential information.  Teams may add up to 2 additional coaches from parents on the team once teams are formed.
  • Senior Minor and Up (Ages 9-16)
    • Teams are formed via an electronic snake draft following player evaluations/skills assessments.  Teams are formed based on the composite scores from the evaluation.  All data from the skill evaluations will be entered by skill and will end with a single composite numeric score for each player.  Player scores will be placed in rank order from highest to lowest and separated by league age.  This information is confidential and not shared with players or parents of players.  Each team is allowed 2 coaches and their children on a team, the undesignated players are then drafted electronically.  Requests for specific teams, players or coaches will not be honored with the exception of siblings.  Once the teams are formed, your coach will contact you and inform you of practice schedules and other essential information.  Teams may add up to 2 additional coaches from parents on the team once teams are formed.

What is the League's Refund Policy?

Prior to Assessments: 100%

Post player assessments: 0%

Please note: Before teams are announced and the season starts, the league has already put a lot of work and thought into each player.  Teams are assigned fairly based on skills assessments or age, depending on the division.  Players quitting after teams have been announced is not fair to the rest of the players on their team - each player has a role and is an integral part of their team.  In addition, league volunteers have to spend time processing refunds and dealing with the repercussions of players quitting.  Please consider the teammates and volunteers before making the decision to quit!

What Uniform Items are Provided by the League?

  • Players will receive a Dri Fit Shirt and matching cap.  You will need to purchase socks, belt, pants and cleats.  Coaches will let you know what color pants, socks and belt.
  • Player’s jerseys will have sponsor name and number on the back.  The league will assign number
